Larry Green, P.E. – Managing Partner & CEO

Larry Green serves as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He is responsible for the firm’s design, operation and planning with direct involvement in every project. His experience spans over 30 years in various project types including office buildings, residential developments, educational facilities, corporate interiors, cultural buildings, healthcare and hospitality establishments. Commercial, residential, and institutional expertise covers the design and installation of HVAC, electric, plumbing, fire protection, site utilities, storm drainage, service water, energy management, building controls, boilers, chillers, and generators. He also provides investigations, reports and expert testimony in the matters involving building systems. He has been retained to provide expert testimony on numerous construction claims.
A licensed professional engineer, Mr. Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.

Jack Green, P.E. – Founding Partner

Jack Green founded Jack Green Associates in 1970 to provide consulting engineering services for the real estate industry. Mr. Green is a professional engineer with over 50 years experience in the design of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems. He is responsible for the ongoing design and management of the firm’s engineering assignments.
Mr. Green earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the City College of New York and is a licensed engineer in 22 states. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers; and the New York State Society of Professional Engineers.
